Summary: Ariana Berlin, is a gymnast. She is going to do a great performance in some qualifying tests to go to the UCLA team. She has a car accident and suffers an injury. Her doctor tells her to forget about gymnastics, even though everyone tells him not to lose hope of being able to return to the tapestry. As she begins rehab, she thinks she won't be able to do gymnastics again, but one day he meets Michelle, a young woman who needs help to improve her dance group. Thanks to that, Ariana begins to regain enough confidence to return to the gym even if she needs a long recovery.

At that moment is when Ariana meets a group of people with the same passion, dance and contemporary dance, that group is called full out and together they want to get Ariana to recover the life she had before the accident. Ariana didn’t forget that her real passion is gymnastics and between dance and dance, she trains himself to redo her initial aspirations, which were to be the best gymnast in his environment.
